Cyndi Maguire, MBA, is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, fund manager, speaker, and podcast host, and founder of GoldBar Equity, GoldBar Partners, and affiliated ventures. With over 16 years of experience, she has invested across 9 states, focusing on acquiring multifamily apartments, industrial properties, hospitality, and single-family homes with value-add opportunities.
Cyndi obtained a BS in Materials Engineering from Cal Poly SLO, and both an MS in Systems Engineering and an MBA from San Jose State University.
